Management

Dr. Martin Setzkorn is responsible for the operational management of the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Rostock. Since 2011, he has been developing and implementing projects and instruments to promote start-ups at the University of Rostock as well as collaborative projects to promote start-ups in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
As a trained mediator, he supports idea promoters at the University of Rostock. The certified change manager already gained professional experience during his studies through his own start-ups. In the process, he gained extensive insights into the start-up landscape in Germany. He has supported more than 200 founders in drawing up their business plans. He successfully accompanied over 30 founders through to the start-up grant (Exist). Dr. Setzkorn works as a lecturer for start-up theory. In addition to start-up theory, his particular focus is on the areas of intrapreneurship, innovation management and support for company succession. As a Design Thinking trainer, he can draw on an extensive pool of methods. Furthermore:
