All members of the network of experts, the network of reviewers, prize sponsors and the members of the jury have signed a written confidentiality agreement to ensure the confidentiality of the information disclosed in the course of the competition. The competition entries, as well as the personal data, will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.

The employees of the participating universities and colleges are also obliged to maintain confidentiality and secrecy. Participants in the competition are obliged to ensure that the data provided to them is treated confidentially. In particular, they are prohibited from passing on personal or other sensitive data of other participating teams to third parties without their consent.
