Start-up or Traditional Business? – The Right Strategy for Your Idea (English Translation)

Anyone developing a business idea is confronted early on with an important question: is it better characterized as a traditional venture or a start-up? This distinction influences how a business model is structured, which risks are realistic, and which financing options are appropriate.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the fundamental differences between traditional ventures and start-ups. Using illustrative examples and brief interactive exercises, the session demonstrates the key characteristics of both forms and provides guidance on how to broadly classify one’s own business idea.
